Employee Volunteers Needed

It’s almost time for UMKC’s Fall Week of Welcome 2020!

The Office of Student Involvement is requesting faculty and staff support to help new and returning students prepare for an exciting Fall semester.

Specific volunteer opportunities are:

Residence Hall Move-In Support (Monday, August 17 to Saturday, August 22)
• UMKC Welcome Tables (Wednesday, August 19 to Wednesday, August 26)
Drive-In Event (Saturday, August 22)

Register on SignUpGenius by Friday, August 14 to help our new Roos.

The volunteer shifts are in-person and will follow all health and safety guidelines as laid out on the UMKC Coronavirus website.

Return to campus is abruptly approaching!! Check out the UMKC Coronavirus web page for up to date information regarding guidelines for health and safety as well as local Kansas City orders.

The website also has information regarding symptoms to watch out for, requirements for monitoring one’s temperature, and how everyone can do their part to help keep our campus clean and healthy.
