Co-written with Sociology MA graduate Joel Shields, the article, ‘Factors Related to Social Service Workers’ Job Satisfaction: Revisiting Herzberg’s Motivation to Work’ published in Human Service Organizations: Management, Leadership & Governance (when the journal was titled Administration in Social Work) has been included in an online article collection focusing on the psychology of work!
