Training and Workshop Registration FAQ

Email us at icsi@umkc.edu to join the waitlist for a sold-out session.
Spaces become available in sold-out training sessions when registrants cancel or reschedule, so there is no predicting if or when a space will become available. Spaces may become available as late as the day before the session begins.
When a space does become available, it is offered to those on the waitlist in order of those who requested to join earliest to most recently.
If you join the waitlist for one session and purchase registration for a different session, then a space becomes available for the waitlisted session, we can transfer your registration in our system without requiring you to re-register.

When your registration purchase is complete, an automatic receipt email will be sent to the contact email address provided for your purchase. Please consider this your confirmation of registration. If you do not receive this email within 1-2 days of purchase please contact icsi@umkc.edu.

Information about the training or workshop, such as the session agenda and any pre-work instructions, will be sent via email from icsi@umkc.edu to all registered participants during the week prior to the training session.
For online training or workshop sessions, this email will also include the meeting link and instructions to join.
If you register after the info email has been sent, we will forward the email to you as soon as we are able.

To apply a discount code you’ve received, please be sure to enter it in the “Promotional Code” field under the items listed in your cart, and click “Apply.” The discount has been applied when you see the total amount update in your cart.
SI programs which have earned accreditation with the International Center for SI receive a $50 discount on registrations for the following offerings: SI Supervisor Training Online, Regional SI Supervisor Training, Advanced SI Supervisor Workshop, and Advanced SI Leader Workshop.
If you have not yet received your discount code, please email icsi@umkc.edu. NOTE: Registrations made using this discount in error will be refunded, and you will be asked to complete a new registration.

Participants should be prepared to be present for the entirety of the training. The trainers reserve the right to deny a participant their completion certificate and materials should the participant miss integral training components.
