Advanced SI Supervisor Workshop
Dates/Times:
- Day 1 of session: Monday, June 1, 2026 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM PDT
- Day 2 of session: Tuesday, June 2, 2026 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM PDT
Cost: $500 USD
This in-person session of the Advanced SI Supervisor Workshop will be offered on June 1-2, 2026, prior to the conference. This workshop is an opportunity for experienced SI professionals to sharpen their skills and share their knowledge in an environment of reflection, exploration, collaboration, and ideation. Participants must be current SI professionals who have previously completed SI Supervisor Training. Topics addressed will include leadership development through one’s personal values and mission, and SI Leader development including group dynamics and coaching/feedback skills. Additionally, there will be opportunities for participants to address specific challenges they face and to discuss opportunities for further study within their own program. All participants are requested to come prepared to deliver a 10-minute professional development presentation representing an area of expertise or growth applicable to other program leaders.
Completion of the Advanced SI Supervisor Workshop is a prerequisite for earning the credential of International SI Associate.
Credentialed International SI Associates will have the opportunity to:
- Support SI supervisor material development and innovation
- Conduct webinars hosted by the ICSI
- Participation in conference planning
- Support ICSI regional and online trainings
- Participation in ICSI research projects
Additional International SI Associates requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years as an SI Supervisor/Program Leader
- Brief
program review and/or interview with International Center staff to
ensure sufficient knowledge and execution of ICSI standards - Attendance at quarterly meetings/professional development sessions

SI Leader Summit
Date/Time: Wednesday, June 3, 2026 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM PDT
Cost: free with SI Leader registration

SI Leaders will participate in collaborative professional development with peers from around the world. This interactive summit will feature discussions on key topics relevant to the SI Leader role, encouraging participants to share experiences, explore best practices, and consider strategies for building a strong foundation for student success. This summit will also offer opportunities for networking, professional development, and the advancement of ideas in SI. The SI Leader Summit is included in the SI Leader conference registration fee and takes place concurrently with the paid pre-conference workshops.

Weathering the Storm: Strategic Leadership for Learning Centers in Times of Fiscal Crisis

Accreditation Workshop

Join the International Center for Supplemental Instruction (ICSI) for a workshop on the Accreditation application process! Learn from ICSI staff and accredited programs as they share key tips and insights for successful applications. This session includes an in-depth presentation on the Accreditation Rubric, application tips, FAQs, and data collection support. In addition, participants will engage in peer preparation and feedback discussions, followed by guided work time to apply workshop takeaways. Join this workshop to take actionable steps towards achieving accreditation and enhancing your program’s credibility and impact at your institution.
Participants are invited to join the Accreditation Workshop at any step within their application process. Participants will be paired with a participant in a similar phase of the application process during partner discussion and guided work time.
Participants who complete this workshop will receive a code to waive the cost of the $75 Application Fee – First Time Accreditation. As a special bonus for attending the in-person workshop, participants will also receive a code for a free 30-minute consultation regarding their application prior to submission.
Highly Engaging Learning Practices (H.E.L.P.)
