Blueprints for Success: Building Our Best Year Yet! School-wide Positive Behavior Support Team Retreat Day at the KC-RPDC
Grab your hard hats and tool belts–it’s time to build a strong foundation for an amazing school year! During this construction-themed professional development session, your PBIS teams will have the opportunity to roll up their sleeves to dig into data, identify areas of growth, and design a strategic action plan for the year ahead. Whether you are building the Tier 1 foundation or adding Advanced Tiers supports for your staff and students, let’s work together to make your vision take shape. This workday agenda will help you identify the specific features necessary for effective systems that impact student outcomes.
Together, we will:
•Inspect the Data Site– Analyze student and school data to uncover strengths and opportunities.
•Draft the Blueprint– Create actionable goals and a clear plan to guide our work throughout the year.
•Build the Crew– -Design meaningful professional development experiences for both new and returning teachers.
•Lay the Foundation for Growth– -Collaborate, problem-solve, and prepare for a successful year of learning and leadership.
By the end of the session, teams will leave with a solid framework, fresh ideas and the tools needed to construct a year full of achievement. The KC PBIS consultants will prepare the space, snacks, and synergy so your team can focus on the work! Let’s build something great together!
Cost:
$80 for up to 4 team members with district RPDC membership (add $15 for each additional person)
$100 for up to 4 team members without district RPDC membership (add $20 for each additional person)
To avoid payment responsibility, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before training.
