Special Education Compliance

Our special education compliance consultants provide training to district staff for the compliance components of special education. They also assist districts in the implementation of state and federal regulations implementing Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and assist districts to correct any identified noncompliance within 12 months of identification.
