Dr. Matthew Martz, joined the RPDC–KC in 2021, after a 31-year career in public education in Oklahoma and Missouri. In addition to classroom experience, Dr. Martz has served 17 years as a building-level administrator and eight years as a district superintendent. He was an active member of the Missouri Association of Elementary School Principals and the Missouri Association of School Administrators. Dr. Martz received his doctorate in 2002 from the University of Missouri-Columbia in Educational Administration and Supervision. During his tenure as the superintendent of Worth County R-III School District, he led the district using the systems found in the district continuous improvement (DCI) model. He currently serves the center as a Sr. Consultant for District Continuous Improvement.
