Clara Liles joined KC RPDC in 2024, following a career with the St. Joseph School District. Her role as a Registered Youth Apprenticeship Consultant aims to grow apprenticeship opportunities for area youth ages 16-24. Clara’s certification and experience are in business and mathematics education. Clara received her Bachelor of Science in business administration with marketing emphasis from Missouri Western State University in 2003 and her Teaching Certificate and Master’s in Education from Avila University in 2004. Additionally, Clara has held her National Board Certification in Skilled and Technical Sciences since 2008. As her career evolved, programs focused on blending workforce and education opportunities through building relationships with employers in the community became her focus. Clara is passionate about helping youth find a sense of belonging and purpose while guiding them on a path to opportunity occupations.
