Dr. Eric Flack joined the DCI team in July 2023.  He has dedicated his entire professional career to K-12 and higher education. Over his career, Dr. Flack has had much success both in the classroom and in his K-12 administrative career within the Lee’s Summit School District, where he retired in June 2023 as Executive Director of Curriculum.  In addition, Dr. Flack has been very successful in teaching at the university level for over 20 years. During that time, he taught masters and doctoral courses at four different universities and was selected as a 2018 recipient for the William T. Kemper Teaching Award at Webster University.  In his free time, Eric enjoys reading, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends.
