Bailey has worked with students with disabilities for over 14 years. While receiving her Bachelor’s Degree at Missouri State University in Cross Categorical Special Education K-12, Bailey served as a Para-Educator in the Springfield Public School District. After college, she went on to assist in developing the Life Skills III Program at the middle school level in the Kansas City, Kansas School District. While working as a Special Education teacher, Bailey obtained her ESL certification and received her Master’s Degree in Teacher Leadership from Park University. Currently, she will serve as the Special Education Compliance Consultant for the Kansas City area and surrounding region. Bailey enjoys spending time with her husband Andrew, their children Bear, Bentley and Georgia. She is a strong advocate for students with special needs and believes every child has the right to learn.
