  • Students can get free individual counseling at UMKC Counseling Services.  Call to schedule an appointment or walk-in at 10:00 or 2:00 Monday-Friday.
  • Students can utilize the free App, Sanvello, to learn and practice coping skills, track your mood, practice meditation, and learn cognitive-behavioral therapy.
