UMKC staff, faculty, and their dependents have access to free resources and counseling sessions through Employee Assistance Program (EAP).  The EAP website offers many resources including articles, self assessments, interactive content, online webinars, and more.

Schedule your appointment today by calling 816-931-3073 or toll-free at 1-800-327-1223 during business hours: 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday.

Students, staff, and faculty can also check with their health insurance plan for mental health benefits and resources.

Online Self-Help is sometimes an easier place to start and may be a good resource with support available 24/7.
