If you are a student worker on campus, take note!  All employers send W-2 forms to their employees beginning in January.  They are typically sent through the mail.  However, UMKC has begun sending W-2 forms via electronic delivery.  This means that once the data has been calculated, you will be sent an email and will have electronic access to your W-2. Your information will be secure and you will not need to worry about the paper copy being sent to an old address or losing the paper copy!

In order for your W-2 to be sent electronically, you must give your consent via myHR. For specific instructions in giving your consent, click here.

If you choose not to provide consent for the electronic W-2 form, a paper copy will be mailed to you approximately the last week of January.
