Smartphones can be very helpful in keeping you connected- both on your personal networking sites and professionally in school. There are multiple apps and programs that can aid in your success here at UMKC, but here are some of the most widely-used.

Blackboard Mobile App: This allows you to access important information from Blackboard right from your phone. Check on assignments in your classes, look at announcements from your organizations, and even see class grades and to-do lists!

Mobile E-mail: Using mobile e-mail will ensure you get important e-mails from professors timely and helps you to stay on top of announcements and updates. Check out the Information Services website for more information, and click here for step-by-step instructions on how to set up mobile e-mail on your phone.

Library App:  Users can access many of the most popular and frequently-used features from the Libraries’ full website in a streamlined, mobile version. The site can be accessed directly at http://library.umkc.edu/mobile/.
