UMKC Students Awarded Scholarships for Study Abroad Opportunities
Two UMKC Students — Fletcher Clardy, Bloch School accounting major and Kevin March, biology major in the School of Biological Sciences — were selected to receive the Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship. The Gilman scholarship program offers grants for to pursue academic studies or internships abroad. The program aims to diversify the students who study abroad and the countries where they go. Clardy will study Spanish in Granada, Spain and March plans to study in the UMKC French Department’s Lyon program. Congratulations!
