I’ve heard the HelpLine is a good resource for UMKC students, staff and faculty. What is it and how does it work?

Student HelplineThe UMKC Student HelpLine offers a confidential, independent and neutral resource for problem solving, referrals and information sharing for our campus community. Contact the HelpLine with questions and concerns about UMKC policies, procedures and resources.

The UMKC Student HelpLine serves students, staff, faculty and the community via phone, e-mail, walk-ins and appointments. For more information, visit info.umkc.edu/saem/helpline/. The UMKC Student HelpLine is located in the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management in the Administrative Center room 336, and can be contacted at (816) 235-2222 or via e-mail at helpline@umkc.edu. Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
