Please join the Men of Color Campus Initiative as we host Insight:  A Speakers’ Series.  The series kick-off, featuring special guest Chancellor Leo Morton, is Tuesday, November 27, 2012 in the Student Union Theater from 5.30-7.30pm.

This event will include an intimate discussion with Chancellor Morton as he chronicles his road to success (he was recently honored for his humanitarianism and activism).  Come help us celebrate the kick-off of one of UMKC’s newest initiatives.  Admission is free and open to all.

The Men of Color Campus Initiative consists of a team of scholars, students, community leaders, and alumni devoted to improving the educational experiences and life trajectory of male students of color.  We engender a sense of community among students by aligning various academic, social, and cultural resources throughout the campus and community.
