Annual Notice of Student Consumer Information
Various state and federal laws, specifically the Higher Education Opportunity Act, require that universities provide information to students on a variety of topics. In addition to the requirements outlined in the Act, UMKC occasionally develops statements or policies on important matters and distributes them to all students. University policies and other information can be found in the Academic Catalog and the Student Handbook.
In an effort to provide our students with easily accessible and useful information, the Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management has compiled the information into one website, Student Consumer Information, and includes information on the following topics:
- Campus Security Statistics (Clery Act)
- Alcohol and Drug Policies
- Cost of Attendance
- Financial Aid policies
- Net Price Calculator
- Educational records access
- Copyright policies
- Graduation and Retention Rates
- Other required consumer information
