What should I do if my Roo Card is lost or stolen?
If your Roo Card is lost or stolen, go to the Get Funds website to report your card lost or stolen. You must register on Get Funds before you can use the website.
You may also contact the Roo Card office to have it deactivated. If you should find your card at a later date, please note that only your newest card will be active.
To receive a replacement Roo Card, visit the Roo Card Office during business hours. We are located in the Student Union room 327.
Charges in relation to lost or stolen cards:
All cardholders pay a fee for the replacement of lost or stolen cards. Replacement card charges are $10 for the first card. $15 for a second card and $20 for all additional cards.
Charges in relation to damaged cards:
All cardholders pay a fee for the replacement of damaged cards. The charge for a replacement card is $5 if the cardholder turns in their damaged card when a replacement card is being issued.
If the cardholder does not turn in the damaged card when a replacement card is being issued, charges associated with lost or stolen cards will apply (please see above for additional details).
Changing the name/picture on an existing card:
Requests for a name change or new picture, resulting in the issuance of a replacement card, costs $5 If the cardholder turns in their old card when a replacement card is being issued.
If the cardholder does not turn in the old card when a replacement card is being issued charges associated with lost or stolen cards will apply (please see above for additional details).
If it is determined that a name is incorrect due to the University’s error, no charge will be assessed to the cardholder for a replacement card as long as the old card is turned in when the replacement card is issued.
