The Department of Entrepreneurship and Management at the UMKC Henry W. Bloch School of Management partners with the Regnier Institute to deliver outstanding programs in undergraduate and graduate entrepreneurship education. We are committed to preparing the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders across any industry or scale of venture.
Undergraduate Programs
BBA Entrepreneurship Emphasis
The entrepreneurship emphasis provides a business education focused on both starting new businesses and creating value through innovation in existing businesses. You will develop an entrepreneurial perspective and the ability to achieve objectives regardless of the resources at hand.
Those who choose the entrepreneurship emphasis area may also select one of the following faculty curated interest areas to focus their education further.
- Market Research and Analytics
- Sales and Business Development
- Technology, Innovation, and Management
Students pursuing the Health Administration or Supply Chain emphasis areas may also consider the Innovation and Startup interest area.

Cross-Campus Academic Programs
We believe an entrepreneurial skillset is valuable to students across UMKC’s campuses. These programs offer entrepreneurship education to students of any academic unit.

Graduate Programs
