The UMKC Summer Piano Festival will return Summer 2024

Pre-Screening Videos

Interested participants must submit a pre-screening audition video in order to be accepted into the festival. Prescreening videos will also be used to determine master class and closing recital performers, as well as competition winners. (Note: an extra fee is required if you would like to be considered for the competition)

Participants must be accepted into the festival before registering.

  • Pre-Collegiate Student Registration (grades 7-12)
  • Collegiate Undergraduate and Graduate Student Registration

Hard-copy forms are available upon request by emailing music-ce@umkc.edu.

Note: If you register online, you will need an account with our online registration software. Creating an account is easy and just requires some contact information. Please contact us if you have any trouble creating or accessing your account.

Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds for our summer programs. All fees and deposits are non-refundable.

If the UMKC Summer Piano Festival is canceled by UMKC, a full refund will be issued.
