University of Missouri curators to name a UConn provost as system president Wednesday

After a nine-month search, the University of Missouri curators have settled on a top administrator at the University of Connecticut as the 24th president of the university system.

Sources confirmed Monday that UConn provost Mun Y. Choi is the curators’ choice to lead the system, which includes the Kansas City, St. Louis, Rolla and Columbia campuses. The sources were familiar with the selection process and spoke on the condition of anonymity. Read more.
