Prangcharoen teaches at the Conservatory’s Academy, which functions as a division within the Conservatory, providing non-credit preparatory performing arts education and community engagement programs for local children and adults.

Prangcharoen joins all four of UMKC’s Composition faculty as a Guggenheim Fellow: James Mobberley (1992), Zhou Long (1994), Chen Yi (1996), and Paul Rudy (2008).
