Local Tech Biggies Take Turn in Spotlight for Reverse Pitch Event

A coming event will take the concept of small companies pitching ideas to big corporations and flip it.

A Reverse Pitch event scheduled for Nov. 21 will give officials of Sprint Corp., DST Systems Inc., H&R Block Inc., the Kansas City Chiefs and the University of Missouri-Kansas City 15 minutes each to try to interest small companies and entrepreneurs in their innovations and product needs. KCnext-The Technology Council of Greater Kansas City organized the event, to take place from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce board room at Union Station, 30 W.
