Award-winning UMKC pharmacy professor racks up 2 more NIH grants worth $3.5M

University of Missouri-Kansas City Professor Kun Cheng is proving successful at winning grants to fund his research. Recently, the National Institutes of Health awarded a pair of grants — worth $3.53 million over the next five years — to Cheng to continue his work developing targeted delivery systems for drugs that treat cancer and liver disease.
