A walk down memory lane: National Museum of Toys & Miniatures to reopen after $8M renovation

The National Museum of Toys and Miniatures is set to reopen Saturday, Aug. 1 after an $8 million renovation. The museum is located on the UMKC campus at 5235 Oak St., Kansas City, Mo. After Aug. 1, the museum will be open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday through Monday. They are closed on Tuesday. Admission is free for UMKC faculty, staff and students with UMKC ID.
