Lundgren Research Lab

Welcome to our lab! Under the direction of Dr. Jennifer Lundgren, our team studies the interaction of eating behavior, sleep, and circadian rhythm, with expertise in the assessment and treatment of night eating syndrome (NES). We also conduct research in the areas of body image, weight stigma, and eating and weight related disorders.  In this site you can access published scientific research on NES and related topics, biographies of our research team, information about our research projects, and links to eating disorder, obesity, and sleep-related websites. Our lab does not currently offer clinical treatment for eating disorders or weight management, but we do occasionally conduct research to determine the efficacy of interventions for eating and weight-related conditions.
