Sheriece Veazey-McNally

Sheriece Veazey-McNally (Soprano) is a native of Altoona, Pennsylvania and is currently pursuing a Master in Arts Leadership and Cultural Management from Colorado State University. She holds a M.M. in voice performance from The University of Missouri-Kansas City Conservatory. She received her B.A. in integrative arts from Penn State Altoona, concentrating in vocal performance and theatre, while minoring in dance. Mrs. Veazey-McNally enjoys teaching a wide variety of students. Currently, she has the pleasure of teaching/mentoring students in the Musical Bridges program at UMKC Conservatory’s Academy. She has recently performed the roles of Paquette in Candide and the Monitor in Suor Angelica as an intern with the Varna International Music Academy. While at UMKC she performed the roles of Nancy in Albert Herring and the Sorceress in Dido and Aeneas. She has mentored young artist in Musical Theatre Kansas City’s Big River, collaborating with The Black Repertory Theatre and performing the role of Alice’s Daughter. She has also performed the role of Valentina in Amici Opera’s outreach production of Les Huguenots. Mrs. Veazey-McNally’s primary goal for her students is for them to develop a healthy relationship with music and be successful in all their future endeavors.
