Effective January 1, 2023, the University of Missouri System vision plan has transitioned to VSP and utilizes the VSP Choice network.

Employees that are enrolled in the vision plan, will not receive a new insurance card. If you are using a network provider, all you need to tell them is that you have a VSP vision plan. They can verify your coverage and benefits directly with VSP. If you are looking for a network provider, you can visit www.vsp.com and use their provider search or contact VSP at 800.877.7195. You can also register to set up your online account through the VSP site.

VSP offers additional benefits including no copay for progressive lenses and lower monthly premiums. Even if you’re not enrolled in the vision plan, there are still discount options available to you.
