MyPerformance Appraisal Process: Halfway Done!

The myPerformance appraisal process that opened on March 15th has already reached its halfway completion mark! The information below provides key dates come from the myPerformance Recommended Timeline, but please refer to your department-specific deadlines. The performance appraisal process will officially conclude on July 15th, 2017.

At this point, all staff should have their self-appraisals completed in the myPerformance system as the pre-requisite to the appraisal process. Manager’s should now be putting the finishing touches on each of their employee’s appraisal drafts in preparation for second-level reviews that should also be conducted by Wednesday, May 31st. Second-level managers can view the Guide for Second Level Managers to develop a clear understanding of approver expectations in order to complete this step by the deadline at the end of this month.

The next step in the process will be the conduction of employee/manager meetings to discuss performance evaluations and is scheduled to begin on Thursday, June 1st.
