June is a time when many begin to kick into summer mode with vacations, large outdoor events, long summer nights, etc. While many welcome these traditions, for others the habit of social isolation and disconnect may be hard to change. This is a great reminder of the importance of having healthy relationships and reconnecting with others.

The June topic for the online seminar is – Building Healthy and Happy Relationships – identify ways to build and maintain healthy relationships with those around you, with a focus on the importance of boundary setting. This online seminar will be available starting June 15th, 2021.
