Every month we will be sharing wellness updates from UM System Wellness in UMatters. These updates will contain a variety of resources to support your wellness journey, including a monthly newsletter and a monthly challenge.
February Newsletter: This month is American Heart Month. The February newsletter covers topics such as, Eat Less Sugar, Stretch More, and 6 Exercises for Heart Health. The newsletter also includes Wellness FAQs and a delicious Recipe of the Month. There are also helpful links regarding the Wellness Incentive.
February Workouts: The Monthly Workout calendar provides Monday through Friday exercises. It also provides pictures if you’re not familiar with a particular exercise. Feel free to adjust to your liking! The daily workouts can also be a great team builder if you want to do it with your co-workers at the same time each day.
