2019 W-2 Statements

Your 2019 W-2 is available to view and print online. To access your W-2:

Turn off pop-up blocker.
Log into myHR (myhr.umsystem.edu).
Select the “Payroll” tile. In the left-hand menu, choose “View Your W-2 Form.”

You will be prompted to verify your Social Security number. Please double-check the Social Security number and spelling of your name on your W-2 for accuracy. If different, contact your campus Payroll Office for a W-2 correction.

Receive W-2 Electronically – E-Consent Today!

Did you know you can get your W-2 electronically as early as mid-January, while paper copies won’t be mailed until January 31?  Providing consent for electronic access to your W-2 in myHR will be quicker and more secure than waiting for a hard copy of the tax statement to arrive in your postal mailbox.

Don’t miss the December 31 deadline to give your consent to receive your W-2 electronically – log in to myHR now! Log in to myHR (myHR.umsystem.edu) and navigate to Self Service > Payroll and Compensation > W-2/W-2c Consent to provide your consent.

Executive Order: Travel Ban

Immigration Attorney Judy Bordeau of Bordeau Immigration Law LLC recently spoke at UMKC concerning the Executive Order instituting a travel ban for individuals from the countries of Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen. She discussed the implications of the travel ban and strategies for travelling internationally for the next 90 days and moving forward. On her website you can find information for individuals who will be travelling internationally and updates as changes to the Executive Order and related procedures occur.
