NARA Fall Internship Building New Public History Center

The National Archives and Records Administration’s headquarters in Kansas City is seeking a fall intern to help with the creation of a new Public History Learning City. Interns will help research and write educational materials for school groups and members of the general public working on projects related to the Wild West, crime in Kansas City, or the history of Ft. Leavenworth Prison. Students interested in museum education, public programming, and exhibit design would be appropriate.
