I’m a big fan of the flipped classroom concept, where students focus on reading and being familiar with topics before each class, and then class sessions focus on problem solving activities and discussion.  So I’m started posting my doctoral seminar lab sessions online.  This library will grow over time, and I’ll be adding some general topics as well.

All of the examples are in R, and created with R Markdown and R Studio.  Presentations are in reveal.js.
