There are two main steps to the team renewal process:
- Step 1: Facilitator meets with the team in its entirety to present the conflict and expectations for participation, then meets with team members in small groups/individually
- Step 2: Facilitator meets again with the team to follow-up on conflict(s) and outline the resolution, securing a collective commitment from the team move forward in a more positive and productive manner
