Kai-Han Yang, a native of Taiwan, maintains an active performing career as a soloist, collaborative pianist, and chamber musician throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia. In 2016, Ms. Yang was selected to study with full scholarship at the Mozarteum (Mozart University Salzburg). During her study in Europe, she was invited to work with renowned musicians in various music master classes and international music festivals, such as Nai-Yuan Hu (the Golden Medalist of 1985 Queen Elisabeth Music Competition) and Konstantin Scherbakov (the winner of Rachmaninoff International Piano Competition in 1983). In addition to winning awards in piano competitions, her musical accomplishments include performing with orchestras, accompanying for professional choirs and operatic productions, and teaching around the globe. As an enthusiastic piano educator, she enjoys inspiring students exploring their individual creativity and finding their own strength via the expression of music.

Kai-Han Yang holds a MM degree in Piano Performance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Taipei National University of the Arts in Taiwan. Ms. Yang is currently a doctoral student majoring in piano performance at UMKC under Prof. Alon Goldstein.
