Students must check-out and be seen with a guardian by a chaperone before leaving the premises. Please either park and come in to pick up your child, or pull up along their rehearsal building, so we can see your child get in your car. Students are not allowed to walk around campus unaccompanied.

If a student under the age of 18 plans on driving themselves to the festival, parents/guardians will need to notify us by email or on their festival registration ahead of time so that the student is permitted to walk to their vehicle without a chaperone.

Please note: the Midwest Honor Band Festival does NOT provide transportation during the festival. Parents/guardians are responsible to insure participants arrive on time for the first rehearsal of the day, and are picked up at the conclusion of each day. Students must be in their rehearsal ready to begin playing at the assigned start time for their rehearsal. All students must attend all rehearsals.

Please see Parking and Maps and Directions for more information.
