Check-In Information

Program check-in for all participants will take place in the lobby of the James C. Olson Performing Arts Center (4949 Cherry St, Kansas City, MO). We have reserved level 4 of the Cherry Street Parking Garage for participant parking. Participants are to check in according to last name. During check-in, each participant will receive a t-shirt, name tag, and final schedule. The orientation meeting will take place immediately following check-in. After the orientation meeting students will meet their ensemble’s lead assistant and main campus chaperone, who will lead them to their group’s rehearsal space. 

Please bring to check-in:

  • Any permission slips that have not yet been turned in
  • Any pending registration fees
  • Your instrument (winds and brass)
  • Sticks and mallets (percussionists)
