Camp Tuition and Fees

2023 Tuition Fees

Tuition includes all classes and scheduled events during the camp and lunch. Please note that this fee does not include overnight meals, parking, or housing.

  • Early Bird Tuition:  $375 (deadline April 24)
  • Standard Tuition:  $400(deadline June 5)

Meals (optional): 
Lunch at the UMKC Cafeteria is included in camp tuition. Please visit the Meals section on UMKC Campus Information page for more details. Students who choose to stay on campus overnight in one of our dorm rooms will also receive breakfast and dinner as part of that package. 

Optional Extras:

  • On-Campus Housing:  $325 
    Participants who choose to stay on campus will be housed in a UMKC residence hall. This fee includes WiFi access, bed linens (sheets and pillow), breakfast and dinner. For more information about on-campus housing, see our page: UMKC Campus Information.
  • On-Campus parking permit:  $25
    This will allow participants to park in any UMKC Student Parking Lot. Parking is limited on campus, so a permit is strongly encouraged for those who will be bringing a car. Advance parking permits must be purchased by June 5, 2023. After this date, parking permits may be purchased by visiting the UMKC Parking office.

Due Dates:
All forms and fees are due by Monday, June 5, 2023.

Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds for our summer programs. All fees and deposits are non-refundable.

If the UMKC Jazz Camp is canceled by UMKC, a full refund will be issued.
