Midwestern Collegiate Composer Exchange
The University of Colorado, the Univeristy of Iowa and UMKC’s Conservatory have partnered for several years for an annual four concert composer exchange. Each year it rotates by school. In 2016, the exchange will be hosted by UMKC.
TICF – UMKC exchange
UMKC Composition Workshop is proud to partner with the Thailand International Composition Festival (TICF) to help students of different backgrounds connect and collaborate. 2016 will mark the 6th year we have participated in our summer exchange program, which bring students from Thailand here to Kansas City, and sends UMKC students to TICF.
