2026 UMKC Cantate High School Choral Festival
Join us at our 2026 UMKC CANTATE High School Choral Festival!
UMKC Conservatory’s CANTATE festival is a choral performance-workshop event where area choirs come together and sing two pieces for each other. All ensembles receive an onstage clinic by our UMKC faculty immediately following their performance. This is an educational, non-competitive environment where artistry is celebrated and everyone learns from each other and is inspired by hearing their music. There will also be a short break time when students will have an opportunity to meet and socialize together. Dates and session options listed below. - Sunday, October 4th
- Session #1: 2:00 – 5:00 pm
- Session #2: 5:00 – 8:00 pm
- Monday, October 5th
- Session #3: 8:30 am – 1:00 pm
- Session #4: 12:30 pm – 5:00 pm
Cost: $150 per ensemble
