KCMO Neighborhood Advisory Council
Neighborhood Support Services partners with 311 to give out the Good Neighbor award each quarter to residents and partners who make a difference in the lives of those around them. If you know someone you think should be nominated, please contact 311.

In addition, some other City programs are only open to registered neighborhood or homeowner associations, such as free leaf and brush drop-off and free tire drop-off, the Neighborhood Cleanup Assistance Program, or eligibility to vote for the Neighborhood Advisory Council representatives.
