If you’re looking for a particular neighborhood group or homeowners association, you can search for these by City Council district, organization officer or organization name using the form at kcmo.gov/neighborhoodgroups. Information presented in the application can include a description, group website and email, officers, boundaries and meetings.
If you belong to one of these, please keep the City up to date about officers and other news by calling 816-513-3200.

KCMO Neighborhood Services
Neighborhood Support Services coordinates and facilitates several programs to support and bolster neighborhood groups across the City. These programs are generally open to any registered neighborhood (or group that wishes to become registered), although some will have additional requirements. For more information on any of these programs, please contact Neighborhood Support Services at 816-513-3200, or visit their office on the fourth floor of City Hall.
KCMO Neighborhood Advisory Council
Neighborhood Support Services partners with 311 to give out the Good Neighbor award each quarter to residents and partners who make a difference in the lives of those around them. If you know someone you think should be nominated, please contact 311.
In addition, some other City programs are only open to registered neighborhood or homeowner associations, such as free leaf and brush drop-off and free tire drop-off, the Neighborhood Cleanup Assistance Program, or eligibility to vote for the Neighborhood Advisory Council representatives.
