Allyship training invites and encourages people who have privilege, advantage, and status to use those assets to improve workplace equity. Research shows that allyship training produces a range of benefits for workers in marginalized groups–reduced stress, increased happiness, and higher productivity.
The focus of these workshops will be to help participants understand the importance of allyship, their roles as allies, how to integrate creativity into their allyship practice, and how to implement allyship in the workplace. The workshops will focus on practical skills and behaviors, not changing ideology or belief systems.
