Many of our events are open to the community, including the First Tuesdays Speaker Series, held regularly during the academic year. We also host special events such as the Entrepreneur of the Year Awards Celebration, which is pivotal in supporting Regnier Institute programming.

Our signature competitions are designed for college students to showcase and jumpstart their ventures. UMKC students who are in the early stages of their business plan participate highly selective Regnier Venture Creation Challenge. Student across campus are also eligible to participate in the Side Hustle Challenge offered each fall.
