The Henry W. Bloch School of Management advances learning through strategic centers and institutes, which develop dynamic partnerships with business and civic organizations, tie theory to practice and serve as a knowledge-based resource for Kansas City and beyond.

The Cookingham Institute of Urban Affairs
The Cookingham Institute serves public and government entities by partnering with cities, individuals and groups to research, examine and solve major and minor issues. The Institute strives to bring overall sustainability to Kansas City and its communities.

Executive Education Center
The Bloch Executive Education Center serves the Kansas City community and beyond by providing leadership development programs that will provoke thought and challenge perspectives to promote innovative insights and business best practices. The Center offers custom corporate, open enrollment, networking and certificate programs designed to support organizations, executives and management teams, in challenges such as implementing organizational transformation initiatives, building leadership capabilities or enhancing functional skills.

The Regnier Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation
At the Regnier Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, entrepreneurship is a mainstream field of study based on solid research and offered to students from all disciplines. The mission is to inspire, nurture and empower students across campus to become entrepreneurs and innovators. The Institute has five strategic areas of focus: research, faculty, education, programs and results.

The Lewis White Real Estate Center
The Lewis White Real Estate Center (LWREC) at the Bloch School is the only comprehensive center for formal real estate education in the Kansas City area. Students and practitioners study in a collaborative environment involving direct engagement with the real estate community to learn about the theoretical and applied aspects of real estate.

The Midwest Center for Nonprofit Leadership
The Midwest Center for Nonprofit Leadership strives to enhance the performance and effectiveness in the nonprofit sector through high quality, community-oriented education, applied research, problem solving and service. The center is a hub for learning, inquiry and dialogue, and for the support and renewal of the people and organizations of this vital sector.
