Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Counseling can happen one-on-one or in a group. The choice is up to you.

Counseling is a free and confidential service. This means that any visit and anything that happens during your visit will be kept private and not shared with anyone.

Counseling can help you better understand what you are experiencing and can help you come up with ideas on how to change it. It is not a sign of weakness. Sometimes we just need someone to ask the right questions so that we can find the answer.
