For many employees and managers, annual performance reviews have begun. It is time to close out last year’s goals, set new ones for this year and evaluate the past year’s work performance. myLearn, UM System’s online training and development program, provides an abundant array of tools and resources to help employees and managers set meaningful goals and conduct effective performance reviews.
