In celebration of Administrative Professionals week, UMKC administrative professionals are invited to attend a program on stress reduction. Human Resources will sponsor two sessions on Friday, April 27, beginning at 9:30 a.m. at the School of Medicine and 2 p.m. at the Administrative Center.
The “Find Your Paradise” program will provide professionals an opportunity to learn stress reduction tips, relax and possibly win door prizes.
Cynthia Stotlar, M.Ed., SPHR, will be the presenter. Stotlar is a seasoned presenter and author, as well as the co-author of three books. One book – Speaking of Success – was co-authored with Stephen Covey, Ken Blanchard and Jack Canfield. Her newest book – A Caregiver’s Companion: Spiritual Support for the Stressed Out Soul – will be out this spring.
