Starr Symposium and Bloch School’s EMBA present Leadership Becomes Us

On March 10, UMKC Starr Symposium and the Bloch School of Management Executive MBA will present Leadership Becomes Us.

The event, which is in UMKC Royall Hall from 8 a.m.-12:30 p.m., will feature leadership expert and Bloch School Professor Joan Gallos, Ph.D. speaking on “The Art of Contemporary Leadership: Vision, Passion, Purpose and Joy.” Boot-camp sessions on a variety of topics for participants to refine their leadership skills will follow Dr. Gallos lecture. The event will conclude with a skill-mating session for participants to expand their networks of support.

Registration is required and open to the public.  There is a $10 event fee, but it is free for UMKC students. To register call 816-235-6222. For event details, visit the Starr Symposium website.
